BirdieAlert is a personal golf coordination tool operated by Todd Dowdy as a sole proprietor. This service is private and limited to a small group of pre-arranged participants.

• Mobile phone numbers of pre-approved recipients (added with verbal consent)
• First names of recipients, used for personalization
• Tee time booking and response activity associated with each recipient

How We Use Your Information

We use phone numbers solely to send SMS notifications related to golf tee time availability, group invitations, booking confirmations, spot-claim confirmations, cancellations, pre-game reminders, and related coordination for shared rounds of golf.

Information Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise distribute your mobile phone number or any personal information to third parties for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose. Your phone number is used exclusively within this service.

Message Frequency

You may receive between 0 and 10 messages per week, depending on golf activity. Frequency varies with tee time availability and group coordination needs.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to messages received from this service.

Opting Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. To opt back in, reply START. You may also contact the operator directly to be removed from the recipient list.
